. All prices are G.S.T free. We are not registered for this tax option. All prices are in Australian dollars.

. Due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged at the time of receiving them.

. If you have received a faulty or damaged item please email me within 48hrs at mail@amaradesigns.com.au . 

. If you are unhappy with an item and would like a refund please email Amara Designs. Refunds exclude postage and handling fees. Please enclose your invoice with the items. All jewellery must be returned within 14 days of purchase in its correct packaging. We do not cover postage for any refunds or exchanges back to "Amara Designs". It is the responsibility of the customer.

. All faulty or damaged goods must be returned within 14 days with the correct and original packaging it was delivered to you in, before any refund or exchange is considered. You will not be charged for additional delivery for the delivery of an exchanged item back to you due to fault or damage. (As many of the jewellery items are a one of a kind, some of the materials and beads may vary slightly if you choose to have the item remade).

. Jewellery is wrapped in bubble wrap for extra safety.

. One free satin bag or velvet pouch is given per one complete transaction.

. All customer information is strictly confidential and will not be given to anyone. When subscribing to Amara Designs, you will only receive one email per month notifying you of our specials, new lines and promotions. Feel free to unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
 
. Prices, terms and conditions, gift vouchers, promotional saver coupons, gift certificates, layby, shipping and wholesale amendments are subject to change without notice.
 
. Refunds can be given on sale items and promotional lines. The free gift must be returned before the refund is processed.

. All jewellery is quality checked before posting.

. Gift vouchers, gift certificates or promotional vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with each other at any time.
